TURKS MAINTAIN COHESION. FEVERISHLY FORTIFYING ERZINGAN "Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services. (Received April 10, 9 a.m.) LONDON, April 9. " The Times'" correspondent at Petrograd says that tho Turkish attack on tho right flank of our Caucasus army was supported by tho firo of the Breslau, which approached the coast at a spot thirty miles from Trehizond. The attacking force comprised several divisions, including reinforcements from Gallipoli, but the attackers were beaten off. The attack shows that the enemy mafntained cohesion after the Erzerum disaster, and, seemingly, is commauded by Halil Bey, an able officer. The Turkish centre is feverishly fortifying the covering approaches of Erzingan. (Erzingan is cm the western Euphrates, d'-ic west of Erzerum.)
