TO THE KDITOK. Sir,--.I quite endorse your protest aginst an organ-grinder being allowed to take no liis .'stand opposite tho Cathedral .'ind grind out his awful monotonous music! He is only one ot our public; nuisances. Kho must bog let him hold out his hat in silence. But tho public bare it in their own hands. If they do not encourage him ho will depart tor fresh holds and pastures new. I understand the irtflii is very well in. In that caso ho would be very well out.— I am, etc., J ANNOYED.
