As there was only one very small hotel in the neighbourhood, some of the members had to sleep in a near-by farmhouse- Everything was very simple, although scrupulously clean and homelike But there was naturally a lack of some of th« luxuries of high-priced city hotels- Bedtime came, and some of the ladies discovered that there were no keys iu the locks of their rooms. They consulted the farmer's wife. That eood lady was frankly surprised. r 'Why," she said,, "we don't usually lock our doors hero, and there's no one here but you.
