WELLINGTON GASES. [Per Piu:ss Association.] WELLINGTON, November 15. At the Supremo Court to-day, James Smith, charged with theft, was sentenced to four months' imrpisorimcnt. Walter James Haslar, on a charge of rape, was sentenced to four years' imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. Three lads who were charged with forgery and uttoi'iiifr m Tadiape were admitted to probation.
