It is semi-officially stated that the Greeks at Salonika embarked 80 Bulgarian soldiers on the steamship Pelops under pretence of sending them to quarantine. On the way the prisoners were thrown overboard by the order of Captain Lobeleis. Eleven others were killed after horrible tortures in tho presence of several passengers. t GREEKS AND TURKS.
