PRETTY THINGS TO WEAR. The other day. The circlet is worn low down over the brows—to a brunette with classical features this style is especially becoming. The red-haired girl is wise if slie is sparing with her hair ornaments. Flain tortoise-shell pins and combs are the best for her. Those with fluffy, curly hair also should remember tnat pretty, natural curls and waves form suiiicient adornments ih without any extraneous aid. It is very- bad taste 'indeed to wear paste and otner jewelled combs in the. daytime—or to wear coloured ribbon bands round the hair. Many an otherwise neatly-dressed girl has completely spoiled her toilette L making a mistake of this kind, ine simpler the hair is dressed during the day the better, from the point of view of correct style. Two or three years ago curls were worn all over the head; out this style is quite out of fashion now. Some girls are always afraid to try something new in the way of hairdressing, for fear it will not suit them, lfc is a mistake to keep to a style which is quite out of date. The new styles of hairdressing are simple yet pretty, and can be pleasantly varied to suit j each type of face. They are adaptable aiso to luxuriant and scanty locks alike. •
