SUPREME COURT.
•IX CHAMBERS. A Chambers sitting of the Supreme Court was held this morning bofore his Honor Mr Justice Donniston, when tlie following business was dealt with J, Murchison and another (Mr Wilding) v. C. M'L. Guthrie and others, motion for appointment of guardian, ad litem. In the matter of the estate of John Murchison, deceased (Mr Wilding), a motion for the adoption of Registrar's report as to executors' commission was approved. Probate was granted in the estate of John Clarke Shannon, deceased. Letters of administration wero granted in the estate of Francis Augustus Hare, deceased (Mr Beswick). In tho case Davie v. Davie (in divorce), a summons for petitioner's costs was dismissed. The motion of tho Empire Picture Company, Limited. (Mr Goodman) to dismiss petition was granted, with £lO costs to be paid by tho company. Leave to sell land was granted in the estate of G. M. Robertson, deceased (Mr Upham).
