The shareholders of the Jumbuna coal mine.have decided in the event of another strike, which' would bo likely to jeopardise their interests, to wind up the company, WAIHI AND REEFTON STRIKERS. The. secretary of the Federation of Labour states that he ■ has received £567 this week from Australia, to assist the miners at Waihi and ReeftonThe largest amount was £852 from the Northern District Miners' Association, and there was £IOO from the Sydney Coal Lumpers' Union.
