At Saskatoon Tommy Burns defeated Bill Rickard in the sixth of a fifteen round match. Burns played with his opponent until the sixth round, knocking him down onco in nine seconds and again in eight, when tho sheriff stopped the fight. Rickard failed to show even second-rate form.
