ALLEGED ACCUSATIONS AGAINST MR PI RANT. [Per Press Association.] PALMfiRSTON NORTH, April 19. Mr Fred. Pirani has instructed his solicitors to demand from the "\\ angaliui "Chronicle" a full apology and the nam© of tho writer of an article published in this morning's " Chronicle " headed " AVnngaiuii Education Board: Its Administration." in which strong accusations are- made against him. " In tho event of the request not being complied with a writ for £lojXi damages will bo issued against the " Chronicle.."
