In Ponnsylviini;i swollen rivers and great floods are devastating large areas. Coalmines and lactone, have shut down in many places, and thousands of workers are idle. In western Pennsylvania one death has been recorded. The Kanak.ee River is Heeding the town of Wilmington, Illinois.
