CARRIAGES ROLL OVER AN EMBANKMENT. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 23, 3 n.m.) VANCOUVER, March 22. Near Fort "William, Ontario, four carriages of the transcontinental express rolled over an embankment on the bolder of Lake Superior and narrowly escaped falling into the lake. Fourteen passengers were seriously injured.
