Tt is reported from Pekin that Britain, America, France and Germany are protesting against the Anglo-Bel-gian loan of £1,000,000, which was signed on March 14 and ratified by the Nankin Assembly. The loan will be a first charge on the Kalgan railway, and is described as violating the conditions embodied in the notes previously exchanged between the presidents of the four nations' banks.
