[Per Prkss Association.] WELLINGTON, November 8. His Honor the Chief Justice gave judgment for tho defendant's, with costs, to-day in tho claim regarding tho supply of gravel for tho Wellington dock, Pitcaithly and Co. v. John M'Lean and Son. Tho claim was for £20,000. A stay of _ execution was granted, as tho plaintiffs intended to appeal.
