MEXICAN REBELLION.
A RECENT ENCOUNTER. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 8, 8.5 a.m.) VANCOUVER, November 7. Reports from Mexico City state that thirty rebels were killed in an encounter in the Guautla district. The Federal losses are not stated. MADERO AS PRESIDENT. ' Despito the insurrectionary disorders Madoro has been sworn in as president. Eight members of his Cabinet were also sworn in.
