Mr Redmond said that Ireland only asked for a subordinate Parliament, and was willing that the Imperial Parliament should remain unimpaired', in order to curb the Irish abu!* ing their powers. Irishmen would prcx fer to remain in the Imperial Parliament in numbers to be decided by England's own wisdom.
