A Paris message says that M. de Selves Announces that the Convention covers the Congo, Üba-ngui and Logone basins. France codes 180,000 to 250,000 square kilometres, but retainsterritory enabling her to build railways linking up French Equatorial Africa. Germany recognises France's protectorate in Morocco, and will not place obstacles in the way of military, judicial, and eoonomio reforms. Future disputes by agreement will be referred to the Hague Convention. A Berlin message says that Herman Lindequisthas resigned the Colonial Secretaryship as he disapproves of the agreement.
