30 THE SIfITOS. Sir, —In reading the report of the meeting of Woolston ratepayers in this morning's paper, I find it stated that I was in favour of the proposal to hand over a portion of the Woolston Park to the Lawn Tennis Club. This is not correct. I have from the commencement of this question strenuously opposed such a course being followed.—l am, etc., HENRY J. F. TAYLOR.
