CRIMINAL SITTINGS. Tuesday, August 15. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Denniston.)
The criminal sittings of the Supreme Coyrt were continued before his Honor Mr Justice Denuiston to-day. Mr Stringer, K.C., appeared for the Crown. ALLEGED ATTEMPTED CARNAL KNOWLEDGE. Clyde Price (Mr Donnelly) was charged with having, at Bromley, attempted carnal knowledge of a girl under sixteen years of age. He pleaded not guilty.
