to the editor. Sir, —"Kindly allow me space to vent my feelings on military training. I am an unregistered Briton, and i am not going to register. 1 quite agree with Harry Cooke; for the rich men. su;h as barons, do get all the luxurv, while the poor men may livo a dog'life, only to bo made more so by thi so-called "Defence scheme." Shame! Let the men of New Zeal, nd have their rights, and, above all, liberty. lam not going to register, an I said before ; but if I am fined I .shall do the same as Harry Cooke is doing, " taking it out."—l am. etc.. UNREGISTERED.
