[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, March 16. The following is the final list of military appointments promulgated to-day: —-tfo be attached to the general staff: Major Hughes, Captains Richardson, Duigan and Robinson and Lieutenant Thornton; to be A.A.G., Captain Chesney; A.Q.-M., Captain Browne; A.A. and A.Q.-M.S., Wellington district, Lieutenant Bosworth; brigade majors, mounted, Canterbury djstrict, Captain Barton; Otago, Captain Grant; Wellington, Captain Whyte; Auckland, Lieutenant Melville. The Canterbury appointments are announced : —-Adjutants, mounted, Lieutenants Nicholls, Blair and Avery; infantry, Lieutenants Andrews, Finnis. Brown and Meddings. Inspector or Senior Cadets, Lieutenant Kelsall. Temporarily attached to infantry brigade, Staff-Lieutenant Braddell, to proceed later to England or India for instruction. Area non-commissioned officers Sergeant-Majors Clements, Hoar, Thomson, Williams and Redmond ; Sergeant-instructors Glanville, Lyons, O'Sullivan, Stedman, Smeal, Webb and O'Hara. Sergeant-majors of regiment and battalions —Mounted, Sergeant-Majors Thatcher and Salt; infantry, Sergeant-Majors Colclough, Henderson and Seal.
