THE OSBORNE JUDGMENT. United Press Association—-By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received September 16, 10.30. a.m.) LONDON, September 15. The Trades Union Congress, by 1.717,000 votes to 13,000, passed tho revised resolution demanding the immediate reversal of the Osborne decision. Several (speakers threatened, that unless the Government reversed the decision before next election the unions would use their funds, legally or illegally, to help the trades unions to win seats.
