IfriUNKENNTSs'i. —Two first offenders for drunkenness were each fined ss, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. —James M'lvay, who pleaded guilty to liuring committed a breach of a prohibition order, was fined 10s, in default I'orty-eio-ht hours' imprisonment. Remanded. —Robert Alister M'Gillivray was remanded until Thursday on a charge of failing to provide for the support of an illegitimate child.
