[Per Press Association,] WELLINGTON, August 3. In the case Macdonald v. Mutual Life Association of Australasia, the Anfceal Court unanimously dismissed the appeal, affirming the judgment of tho Chief Justice. In the Court below the Court held that the words "Complete loss of sight" must mean absolute loss, and from the fact that tho appellant could distinguish tho outlines of prominent objects and had perception of light and darkness,_ the eye had not completely lout its sight. Costs were allowed to respondent on tho lowest scale.
