[Per Press Association-.] : . WELLINGTON. March 4. •In the- case ■ Albert Ernest Louis Bertling v. John Norton, proprietor of the newspaper "Truth/' a claim for £2OOO for alleged libel concerning plaintiff's management of the Municipal Zoo at Newtown, an application was made before the Chief Justice this morning that the cane should be heard before a special jury. The application was granted.
