FINANCIAL SHARKS.

Cushing, Minister of Works for the province of Alberta, Canada, has resigned. He considers that his colleagues were bested by Pierpont Morgan's company purchasing the Alberta's Great "Waterway and Railway bonds, valued at a million and a half sterling. Mr Cushing states that he was not consulted, and that the Legislature was victimised fcy financial sharks.
