The fire waa confined to the stacked straw ? and water and emoke were responsible for the other damage. The origin is ia mystery, but it is thought that rats were the cause. The insurance on the building was £600 in the Standard Oflfice} on the stock £300 in the London and Lancashire; and £200 in the. Victoria ; on the machinery (undamaged) £150 in the London and Lancashire. '
