ARBITRATION COURT.
[Pee Press Association.] DUNEDIN, August 7. It was stated at the Arbitration Court this morning that the industrial disputes between the New Zealand Coal" and Oil Company (Kaitangata) and the Bruce Coal Company and the Otago Coalminers' Union had been settled, and that the parties would work under an industrial agreement.
