Despite the remonstrances of tie PressN and. responsible citizens, a thousand ordinary criminals were released in Ccmsfcantinopb?.. It is feared this is the result of Palace intrigue to create a Black Hand band for fomenting disorders with a view to discrediting the Constitutional regime.
