THE BRITISH MINISTER CHEERED.
CONSTANTINOPLE, July 81. The garrison at Adrianoplo -demands the Sultan's abdication.
The Young Turkey party gave an ovation to Sir Gerald Lowther, the British Minister at Adrianople and Constantinople, where his carriage was escorted by a large crowd, which cheered and cried "Long live England, Liberty and the Constitution."
