THEATRE ROYAL.

The Merrymakers entertained a fairly large audience at the Theatre Rov-al last evening with their novel vaudeville programme, and the performance was as unqualifiedly successful as on the opening night. The versatility of the seven artists and the crispness of their turns made the programme always keenly interesting, and the aur'iefice applauded vigoroiislv and encored most of the numbers. Mr J. M. Campbell, in an impersonation of Mrs Wiazen, a " matrimonial twi?er," and Mr Sam Walsh, in his musical entertainments, were remarkably successful. Miss Betty Ohls was the " star " lady performer, and s^e earned several pncorrs for remarkablv clever work. The Merrymakers will reappear this evening, and a fresh programme will be presented to-morrow evening..
