Drunkexxess. — Two first offenders for drunkenness were each fined 5s and costs, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. — Alexa?ider Corry, a statutory second offender, for drunkenness, was fined 10s and costs, in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Putting Down Obscene Language. — John Green, who was also convicted and discharged for drunkenness, was sentenced to twenty-one days' imprisonment with hard labour for having used obscene language in a public place. Remajtoed.— James Walsh denied having stolen two rolls of linoleum, valued at £1, the property of some person or persons unknown.
