AN EXPENSIVE WORK
United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph— Copyright. (Received April 18, 9.23 a.m.) ST PETERSBURG, April 17. The Amur Railway, from Kujenga to Khabarmosk, will cost 21J millions sterling, or £16,600 per mile. It is to be built eiitirely with Russian materials and by Russian labour.
