The following programme for the carnival in connection with the opening of the Municipal Tepid 'Baths has been approved of by, the Canterbury Centre of the Swimming Association: — lOQyds First Class Handicap, 66 2-3 yds Second Class Handicap, 33 l-3yds Dash Handicap, High Dive, Spring-board Dive, Monte Cristo Act, Novelty Act, Fire Diving Act, 12Qyds Relay Race. The following officials were appointed : — Referee, Mr G. Harris ; judges Messrs W. E. D. Bishop, G. Reese, W. G. Burns, A. Frumesj timekeepers, Messrs A. Calvert, R. O'Donnell, O.
