It was decided that the item of expenditure of £24 3s for medals should be disapproved of., The item of £25 for the printing of rules was also criticised as being exorbitant, and it was decided that the Centre's delegate to the Council should be 1 directed to make inquiries into the matter, and to suggest that tenders should be called for the printing. The Centre's delegate was also instructed to obtain information regarding a grant of £7 to the Westland Centre. The Council's suggestion that any surplus for last year should be paid to the Canterbury Centre to assist in making up the deficit on the Australasian Championship Meeting, was endorsed.
