THE LYTTELTON SHOOTING CASE.
DATE OF HEADING FIXED
The hearing of the Lyttelton shooting case has been fixed for Friday, April 24, at the Magistrate's Court, Lyttelton. On'that date the aocused, Frederick Hall, will be charged with attempting to murder Alexander James Muir, and also with attempting to fire a revolver at Constable Moriarty while resisting arrest. . Muir is making very satisfactory progress towards recovery, and is able to leave his bed.
