MINERS' EIGHT HOURS' BILL.

LONDON, April 10. As the coalminers have resolved, if the Miners' Eight Hours' Bill becomes
operative before June 30, 1909, to wuse the price of coal Is 6d per ton on existing contracts covering the interval, Mr Herbert Gladstone will move that the Bill does not operate until then.
