ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
[Per Press Association.] WESTPORT, March 24. William James Killeu was accidentally killed in a sluicing claim at Dee Creek, Three-channel Flat. He was thirty-seven years of age and the only son of Mr and Mrs Richard Killen, of Addison's. Deceased was employed in the tail-race when a fall of stones occurred, pinning Killen and instantly killing him.
