CHRISTCHURCH CLUB. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual general meeting of tho Christchurch Golf Club wa» held on Saturday night in the Chamber of Commeroe. Twenty, memiber. were present, and Mr G. Harris, vice-president, wae in the chair. The annual report was presented. It stated that the club's nxe_.-er.hip was gradually increasing, and now amounted to 183, made up as follows: — . life members, 1-3 active members, 29 country member-," 11 honorary members, and 26 on the list of absentees. During the year twenty-seven members had been elected, and twenty resigned. About ten acres of land had been purdhased by the Shirley Links Co., Ltd., and leased by the club.
