UNREST AND BLOODSHED. United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph — Copyright (Received December 23, 8.27 a.m.) VIENNA, December 22. An official Red Book published, in Vienna reveals a pitiable state of unrest and bloodshed in Macedonia, arising out of the activity of various bands. The Gr-reeks are held chiefly responsible for the unsettled condition of affairs, considering it unfair to impose additional burdens upon the general body of ratepayers.
