» THE NEW SOUTH WALES ESTIMATES. United Press Association— By Electrio Telegraph— Copyright. _ (Reoeived December 19, 10.20 a-m.) SYDNEY, December 19. TEe Assembly passed estimates amounting to £3,971,000, including one million and a half for repayment of loan, and a -million for * railway stock and buildings. The Premier announced that the Lithgow Ironworks would be in full working order early in the new year-. Tlie firm of C. and Z. Hoakins will take Sandfwdi's place and will be possessed of sufficient oapital and enterprise to make the industry an assured suocess. Provision of a very liberal character is being made for Sandford, who thoroughly appreciates the arrangements. The' Hon G* 0. Wade will give details to-day. i ■ i
