A gang of 300 masked men marched to Princeton, Kentucky, and seized the police station and waterworks in order to prevent interference, and then set fire to the big tobacco steameries and many of the surrounding cottages. The raid was in furtherance of the tobacco raiders' agitation against the Trust.
