FREE FIGHT IN THE LOWER HOUSE. United Press Association — By Electrio Teleerapb — Copyright. (Received December 3, 8.20 a.m.) BERLIN, December 2. A free fight occurred in the Lower House of the Reichsrath. The Czech. members alleged 1 that a division was taken unfairly, and rushed the tribune. The German members boxed the ears of a dozen Czechs, and in the melee the President, Herr Sternberg, was felled to the floor.
