SATURDAY'S "STAR."
The special features of the contents of next Saturday's iissue of the " Star" will be, as usual, in the literary columns. Mr W. Le Queux's serial tale, " The Secret of the Square," will be continued, and amongst other tales and sketches will be found. "Salving a Liner," "America To-day," " Jv'ovel Experiment." "Why Lady A time Wore White Gloves/ "The Tragedy of Korea," " 'She Helplessness of Russia," etc. For ladies' reading the following will be provided :—" The Folk-lore oi Flowers and Plants," "Love at First Sight," "How Perfumes Affect Us," " What Other Women Have Found Out," "The Man Irresistible," "Woman's World," "Household Hints," etc. Other features will be " Work for the Week " — counsel to gardeners by an expert; multum in parvo paragraphs of information; Fun and Fancy; and " The Week," a racy and free handling of things in general.
