■» •»v • A SUMMARY The following is a summary of news which did not appear in yesterday's "Star": — Three hundred miles of icebergs were seen in the neighbourhood of the Falklands. ••* In the House of Commons, Mr Robertson, in reply to questions, said that Germany was beginning twelve destroyers yeariy. The Admiralty's settled policy in the framing of the shipbuilding programme was to meet only those foreign programmes actually sanctioned by the respective parliaments. It was also guided by the progress of construction abroad.
