<s> The acknowledged good qualities and success of SANDER^^AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT have brought out many imitations, and one case was just to'ied in the Supreme Court of Victoria, before his Honor Chief Justice Sir 3. Madden, X.C.M.0., etc. His Honor^ in giving judgment, said that whenever an artiole is commended bo the public by reason of its good quality, etc., it is not permissible to imitate any or its features. He roefcrained the imitators perpetually from doing so, and ordered them to pay all costs.
