REACTIONARIES MARKED FOR . DEATH. ~""~— —— ' i FATHER GAPON UNFROCKED. (Received February 21, 8.29 a.m.) ST PETERSBURG, February 20. It is reported that the Revolutionary Committee has sentenced fourteen reactionaries to death, including the Grand Duke Vladimir, General Trepoff, and tho Dowager-Empress. The St Petersburg Consistory has unfrocked Father Gapon, the leader of the strikers.
