At the 'S-upipeane Court, George M'Cann, for the Imperial Hotel robbery t was sentenced to three years' imprisonment, and Leonard Lotter, for theft of £20 frc-m an Austrian on board the Chelmsford, to one year's imprisonment. NAEIER, May 6. At the Supreme Court, George England, charged with attempted murder and found guilty of common assault, was admitted to probation, on condition that ho paid £5 5s costs andftook out a prohibition . order against himself. Pungo Waiera, for theft of money, was sentenced' to six months' imprisonment.
