Sydenham and Addington met- -Christ's '. College at the College ground. ; The former made 76 (C. Rudd 20, C. Ayling 16, T. Jacobs 14 and P. Aurish 11 not out). Harper and Fryer divided the wickets. The College had lost five wickets for 143 runs when time was called. To this total Wood contributed 48,\ Gibson 25, Harper 14, Townend 31 not out and Bean 15 not out. Midland beat Boys' High School _y default. Midland v. Rivals. — .Midland made 224 (Norman 80, Mitchell 36, Evans 23, Brooker 18, Garrard 17, Green 12, Barge 10), and at the oall of time the Rivals had • put together 31 for the loss of three wickets (Barker 15). College v. Sydenham. — Sydenham batted first, and made 69, io which the College responded with 141 for five wickets (Wood 48, Gibson 25, Harper 14, .Townend 31 not Ait, Bean 15 not out). • j
