' IN BANCO. -Wkdsksday, August 19. At the Supreme Court, in Banco, this morning, his Honor Mr Justice Deimiston heard argument in the ca*e Solicit'or-Q-ai-, erai ex rel Kowai Road Board v. Wyllie* for injunction and £60 damages. Mr Ha.r- , per appeared for plaintiff and Mr Stringer for defendant. Defendant was the 'holder* of a section under a Crown grant made in 1862, facing on 4 road ■■which was bounded on the other side by a river. Plaintiff claimed that defendant had fenced in mono than the acreage to which 'he had been entitled, and had not conformed his boundary to the contour of th» river as required ; also that ho had caused an obstruction on a public thoroughfare. George Harmon, recalled, stated that he had surveyed /defendant's land, and found that it contained 15 acres 1 ro-cd and 18 perches to. the existing fence, and 15 acres 38 perches to the load boundary The acreage on- the Government plan was 15 acres.
